ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS

1. Bank Wire Transfer (T/T)

International Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) is the preferred payment method for global buyers.
Bank details will be provided in the Proforma Invoice.
Ensure that the transfer includes all necessary charges (bank fees, transfer fees) to avoid delays.

2. Corporate Account Payments

For bulk buyers or dealerships, corporate account payments can be arranged under prior agreement.

3. Other Payment Methods

Payments via escrow or trusted third-party platforms can be discussed case by case for added security.

PAYMENT PROCESS

Step 1: Proforma Invoice

After finalizing the vehicle, GCE UAE issues a Proforma Invoice (PI) detailing:

Vehicle details and specifications
Price breakdown (vehicle price, export charges, shipping, insurance if applicable)
Total amount due

Step 2: Payment Instructions

The PI includes:

Bank account details
Swift / IBAN information for international transfers
Reference to include in payment for proper tracking

Step 3: Payment Confirmation

Once payment is received:

A Payment Confirmation Receipt is issued
Vehicle preparation and export documentation begin

PAYMENT TERMS

Advance Payment: A partial payment (as per Proforma Invoice) is required to confirm the order.
Full Payment: Full payment must be received before vehicle shipment.
Currency: Payments are accepted in USD, AED, EUR, or GBP.
Late Payment: Delays in payment may result in postponement of shipping schedules.
