At GCE UAE, we have streamlined the vehicle purchasing and export process to make it simple, transparent, and efficient for international buyers. Follow our step-by-step guide to import vehicles safely from the UAE.

Step 1: Browse & Select Vehicle

Explore our online stock and filter vehicles by make, model, price, year, and specifications. You can also send your requirements, and our team will assist in sourcing suitable options.

Step 2: Send Inquiry

Submit an inquiry through our website, WhatsApp, or email with the selected vehicle details or your requirements.

Step 3: Receive Quotation

Our team will provide a detailed quotation including:
• Vehicle price
• Export and documentation charges
• Shipping cost (CIF / FOB options)

Step 4: Confirm Order

Once you approve the quotation, we will issue a Proforma Invoice (PI) with complete payment and shipment details.

Step 5: Make Payment

Payments are processed through secure international bank transfer. Details will be shared in the invoice.

Step 6: Vehicle Inspection & Processing

The vehicle undergoes quality inspection, and export documentation is prepared as per destination country requirements.

Step 7: Shipping

The vehicle is shipped via Roll-on/Roll-off (RoRo) or container service. Shipping details and tracking information are shared with the customer.

Step 8: Delivery & Clearance

The customer receives the vehicle at the destination port and completes customs clearance as per local regulations.
